At Buddy, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
